Refund & Cancellation:

Cut-off time to place/cancel/modify orders is 10pm previous day for lunch and dinner

Twisted Tiffin reserves the right to cancel/modify the meals. However, we will try to inform you in advance about the same.

Twisted Tiffin reserves the right to discontinue the tiffin service of any customer.

Wallet Money will expire if not used within 6 months.

Tiffins will be delivered by dabbawalas of Mumbai or other concierge services.

Twisted tiffin delivery partners would drop the customer's meal at the reception / security gate / Common area in case if they are not allowed to enter the building premises.

Meals will be delivered between 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm for lunch and 5:30 – 8:30 pm for dinner.

There will be no lunch delivery on Sundays, Public holidays, heavy rains, riots, or in case of natural disasters, strike by dabbawalas.

If the food is cooked and due to some circumstances beyond our control like heavy rains or riots, the tiffin will be shared with the underprivileged children and the amount will be non-refundable.

Any cancellation or amendment in order must be done one night prior before 10pm. Should the meal be cancelled, the amount shall be credited back to the Twisted Tiffin Wallet

Once a meal subscription is booked the amount will not be refunded back in the bank account and can only be refunded back in the Twisted Tiffin Wallet.
